
Mark Brevard
Mark A Brevard is a native of Stamford Ct. He is a dedicated humanitarian,
citizen and community leader. Mr. Brevard has been employed by New England Donor Services, Waltham MA since 2014. He currently holds the position as the Regional Director of Multicultural Community Outreach. This position allows him and his team to educate, promote, and spread the missive of the importance of organ and tissue donation throughout the region focusing on communities of color.
Mr. Brevard served as the chair of the Social Equity Steering Committee for New England Donor
Services. He is a member of Donate Life America, and serves as a Board Member for Donate Life
CT. He is also on the National Executive Board for (AMAT) Association of Multicultural Affairs in
Transplantation (AMAT) and served as the 2022 national conference chairperson. He has
received numerous national and community awards for his work in promoting organ and tissue
donations. Prior to his employment with New England Donor Services, Mr. Brevard was the Headmaster of Love Christian Academy in Bridgeport CT for 10 years. He also was a successful Senior Account Executive of Sales for Xerox corporation in New York City for 20 years.
Mark holds a BA in communication form University of CT (Storrs, CT), a degree in Education
Administration from Pensacola Christian College and other certifications in education and
leadership. He is a past president of the Stamford NAACP and a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. for over forty years. Mr. Brevard attends the Revival Center Church in Hamden CT under the leadership of Bishop Daniel Bland. At Revival Mr. Brevard serves in the Deacon ministry and as a teacher of the new member’s class.
