Jacqueline D. Woods is the Chief Marketing Officer, IBM Partner Ecosystem. She is responsible for driving marketing and communications efforts for the Next Generation Partner Ecosystem and IBM’s channel business, with a focus on growing business partner momentum in IBM Cloud and AI technologies.
In this role, Jacqueline brings her leadership around modernizing the digital marketing experience through execution and enablement of IBM’s 100,000+ partner ecosystem, delivering over $13B in annual revenue. She uses client centric data and analytics that help IBM and their partners drive insights to improve ROI and increase value to end user clients. A noted digital transformation leader, she helps companies optimize new technology strategies and business models for both on premise and SaaS to accelerate growth.
Previously, she was the CMO of IBM Global Financing where she led Marketing & Communications, Strategy, and Offerings Development. She was also responsible for developing C-Suite relationships, specifically for CFOs and CMOs, and is an expert in helping companies integrate business and technology priorities across divisions and enterprises to accelerate revenue growth. Prior to this role, she was the Global Vice President heading Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Security, and Industry solutions Marketing for the IBM Systems division. Jacqueline has over 20 years of experience in technology, working at top firms such as Oracle, GE, and Verizon. She has held P&L and senior leadership roles in Strategy, Sales and Business Development in commercial and consumer-based Fortune 500 companies covering Communications, Banking and Financial Services, Technology and Industrial sectors.
She is currently a board member and holds the office of secretary for the Greater Fairfield County Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization attending to under-served communities in southern Connecticut. She served on the board of Neighborhood Studios, a non-profit for Arts and Education (2009-2015), and the Dean’s Council for Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (2003 -2009).
Jacqueline is a Merit Fellow and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
